- Provides up to date, comprehensive and non-biased drug and natural product information to healthcare professionals and consumers
- Responds to a variety of requests concerning drugs and natural products such as foreign product identification, adverse reactions, drug-drug and drug-natural product interactions, safety of use during pregnancy and breast feeding, and the therapeutic use of conventional and natural products
Process
Inquiries are received and researched by 6th year Doctor of Pharmacy students conducting a rotation in drug and natural product information or CDINP faculty. All responses are verified by CDINP faculty, and most inquires can be answered either on the same day or within 24 hours of when they are received. All requests are confidential.

There is no charge for this service.
