Below you will find an important link that will bring you to the "Petition to Graduate" form, which must be filled out and submitted in order to process your graduation clearance.

Graduation Date:

• December 2009 or May/September 2010:
  Petition to Graduate Form WAS DUE April 10th 2009
• December 2010 or May/September 2011:
  Petition to Graduate Form was DUE April 9th 2010
• December 2011 or May/September 2012:
  Petition to Graduate Form is DUE April 8, 2011
• December 2012 or May/September 2013:
  Petition to Graduate Form is DUE April 13, 2012
• December 2013 or May/September 2014:
  Petition to Graduate Form is DUE April 12, 2013
