Facilities

The MCPHS Boston campus features a $30-million Academic and Student Center, which was completed in 2004. The six-story, 93,000-square-foot building houses a comprehensive, high-tech library; chemistry, pharmacy, and computer laboratories; and four floors of apartment-style residences for 230 students. Recent, significant renovations also have occurred in the adjacent White and Fennell Buildings for health sciences patient care laboratories, new classrooms, and additional student study and learning spaces.

A brand new facility, the Richard E. Griffin Academic Center, opened in January 2009. The striking, six-story, triangular building contains nearly 50,000 square feet of classrooms, faculty and staff offices, teaching laboratories, a technology center, a 230-seat auditorium and a top floor multi-function room with views of Downtown Boston. The new structure houses the College’s School of Nursing, School of Physician Assistant Studies, School of Radiologic Sciences, as well as offices for Alumni Relations, Development and College Relations.
