Boston Campus
Freshman Applicants
Who should apply? Students enrolled in or recently graduated from high school who are applying for admission into a program on the Boston campus.
How to apply:
Online Application — Fill out the application and submit once you have all the appropriate information.
Common Application — Candidates may apply to MCPHS through the Common Application. Common Application is a not-for-profit organization that serves applicants and member institutions by providing an admission application - online and in print - that students may submit to any of our nearly 300 members, including the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
MCPHS Supplemental Form – Common Application — All students who apply through the Common Application must also complete this Supplemental Form.

Transfer Applicants
Who should apply? Students seeking to transfer credits into a program on the Boston campus.
How to apply:

PharmD Applicants
Who should apply? Students applying for admission into the Doctor of Pharmacy program.
How to apply: (Boston only)
Freshmen — Freshman applicants for the PharmD
program in Boston may apply using the online
MCPHS application, the
print
application, or the Common
Application.
Transfer — Second and third-year transfer
applicants for the Doctor of Pharmacy program (on the Boston campus
only) must apply through Pharmacy Central Application Service (PharmCAS),
a national centralized application service and complete the MCPHS PharmCas
supplemental application.
Non-Traditional PharmD — This program is for licensed pharmacists in the United States who have received their bachelor of science in pharmacy degrees and would like to complete their PharmD on a part-time, online basis. Participating pharmacists can continue to work in their current environment. One weekend a semester on campus is necessary. To apply, please use the
Non-Traditional PharmD Application.
Physician Assistant Studies Applicants
Who should apply? Students applying for admission into the professional phase of the master of physician assistant studies program for the Boston campus.
How to apply:
Applications to the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program for Boston must be completed through the Central Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA) by November 1 for the following fall admission.
In addition to submitting an application through CASPA, all MPAS applicants
are required to complete a
Supplemental Application, which should be received by MCPHS, along with a $40 application fee, by November 15.
High school seniors and those without a bachelor's degree interested
in physician assistant studies must apply to our Bachelor of Science
in Premedical and Health Studies program, and should apply
online or download/print our
Undergraduate
Application.
Graduate Applicants
Who should apply? Students applying for admission into a master’s or PhD program on the Boston campus.
How to apply:

Graduate Application — Simply print out the application and mail
it back to the Boston campus. The graduate application is for graduate,
postbaccalaureate and certificate programs of study. Please see the
graduate programs section for a listing of all programs.
Worcester and Manchester Campuses
PharmD and Nursing Applicants
Who should apply? Students applying for admission into the accelerated Nursing and PharmD programs on the Worcester/Manchester campus. Students must hold bachelor degrees or substantial credits to apply.
How to apply:
Online Application — Fill out the application and submit once you have all the appropriate information.
Worcester
and Manchester Application — This application is for transfer students
and those applicants who already hold a bachelor's degree in another
field seeking admission into the Nursing or PharmD programs at our Worcester
and Manchester campuses. Please refer to the admission requirements
section for more details. To apply, simply print out the application,
fill it out and mail it to either the Worcester or Manchester campus.
Physician Assistant Studies Applicants
Who should apply? Students who have earned or will earn, by the end of the fall semester prior to January entry, a bachelor’s degree, and have or will have met the prerequisite requirements.
How to apply:
Applications to the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program for Manchester (Worcester candidates use the Manchester option) must be completed through the Central Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA). Applicants may choose only one campus and entry date.
In addition to submitting an application through CASPA, all MPAS applicants
are required to complete a
Supplemental Application, which should be mailed to the Massachusetts College of
Pharmacy and Health Sciences Office of Admission at the campus of choice, along with a $40 application fee.
