MCPHS offers numerous methods for applying to the College:
First Year Students
Apply Online Using the Common Application
First year students must apply using the Common Application available at www.commonapp.org.
Common Application is a not-for-profit organization that serves first year students and member institutions by providing an admission application (online and in print) which students may submit to any of the 300 members, including the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
We strongly encourage you to consider applying online; it’s quick, easy, and secure.
Or Apply by Mail
If you prefer to print a hard copy, complete it by hand, and mail it in, you can find copies of all the Common Application forms in PDF format at the Common Application website. Mail your completed application and supplemental form to: Admission Office, MCPHS, 179 Longwood Avenue, Boston, MA 02115.
Note:
Please do not mix-and-match your applications, supplemental forms, and payment between online and paper submission. Either submit the application, supplemental form and payment (or fee waiver) online, or submit them all by mail.
Guidance counselors and teachers
may submit forms electronically through the Common Application website: Teacher Evaluation; Secondary School Report; Midyear Report; and Final Report. Guidance counselor and teacher recommendations and school reports are only received when the applicant sends in their Common Application electronically. Guidance counselors must be able to upload records electronically if they want to submit online. Guidance counselors and teachers must either submit all forms electronically or all forms in print – there is no option to mix-and-match the delivery format.MCPHS Application Fee
All applicants are required to submit a $70 application fee. Fee waivers are available; please contact your Guidance Counselor for more information.
