Welcome! Thank you for visiting MCPHS online. As an assistant director of admission I have many roles in the office including coordinating travel for the recruitment staff and overseeing the freshman file review process. Most importantly, my main focus is to help guide you through the admission process so that you may reach your goal of becoming an MCPHS student. I am originally from Foxboro, Mass., and hold a Bachelors of Art in Public Relations and Marketing Communications. I am happy to speak with you should you have any questions about MCPHS or the admission process. Best of luck during your college search!

Hi and welcome to the MCPHS website! I am originally from Wrentham, Mass., went to school in upstate New York, and then moved back to the area and haven’t left since (I couldn’t stay away from Boston for too long!). If you have any questions about graduate and certificate programs please feel free to contact me! I also coordinate transfer admission for the following programs: Dental Hygiene, Radiologic Sciences, and pre-med. I relocated to Boston from Pennsylvania after working five years in higher education, and I can personally attest to all of the educational, cultural and social opportunities the city has to offer! MCPHS is situated conveniently in the heart of Boston’s Longwood Medical and Academic Area and just minutes away from Fenway Park, Fanueil Hall, Boston Common and so much more. Boston is the best place to live and learn!

My first job was as the Admission receptionist, which was a great introduction to the College community. My name is Marcy Winokur and I work with students from Connecticut, Rhode Island and New York (Hudson Valley), as well as the Southern U.S. states. I am originally from Madison, Connecticut (located between New Haven and New London). I attended college in California, so I know how hard it can be to move away from home for school! I have been in the admissions field for over two years, and what I enjoy most about my job is meeting with students who are interested in pursing careers in the field of health sciences. Our location in the Longwood Medical and Academic Area, our involvement with the Colleges of the Fenway consortium, and the city of Boston provide opportunities for students to grow academically, socially, and personally.
