Boston Housing

Living in Boston as a student is the experience of a lifetime.

That's why MCPHS University offers university-sponsored housing for first-year students and provides support for students seeking housing in one of Boston's neighborhoods.

University-Sponsored Housing

Each housing option provides a secure residence life environment with access to labs, classes, the library, and more. Just across the street from MCPHS University at our COF (Colleges of the Fenway) partner schools are the dining hall, the bookstore, and the fitness center. Everything is close and convenient.

Please note: University-sponsored housing options vary from year to year and are subject to change.

Off-Campus Housing

Finding an apartment or house is easy, but finding something that you can afford, that meets all of your needs and wants, and that is a place that you can call home is a difficult and often daunting task.

While this important task might seem overwhelming (especially if this is your first time having to find a place to live), a careful and measured approach to finding a home will make the search much easier and will leave you in a place that better suits your needs and lifestyle.
