Colleges of the Fenway (COF)-Sponsored Housing*
Housing may also be available at other COF campuses. Students are assigned COF-leased housing through the standard assignment process. COF-leased areas are staffed by MCPHS University professional staff and resident assistants.
Our newest residence hall, The Tree House, is shared with MassArt through Colleges of the Fenway. The 20-story building has first-class amenities such as central air conditioning, wireless Internet access, and a Student Health Services clinic staffed by Harvard Vanguard Associates. MCPHS University, MassArt, and Wentworth Institute of Technology share the facilities–creating a unique and professionally diverse community of students.
