Housing Assignment Process

Incoming First Year Students

MCPHS guarantees College-sponsored housing to all first year students who request housing and meet Admission deadlines. Housing assignments and roommate matching are completed based upon the date in which the housing contract was received in the Office of Residence Life. We do our best to meet accommodation/roommate requests but can not guarantee the request will be met.

In late July students are sent an information packet that includes the following:

• Driving Directions to the Boston campus»

Upperclassmen

Upper-class students participate in a lottery for a smaller number of upper-class residence hall spaces. The Office of Residence Life maintains an e-mail list-serve of students seeking roommates and provides information sessions in the spring semester to assist students with finding off-campus housing.
