File MD
MCPHS works with File MD (formerly Medifile, Inc.), a confidential health information service. File MD maintains and processes all student health records (including physical exams, medical history, and required immunizations and titers) and monitors compliance with state law immunization requirements. Neither File MD nor MCPHS will release student health information to anyone without the student’s written authorization. All student health records are completely confidential.
