On-campus housing in Worcester is designed to fit your lifestyle and put you right at the center of it all. Comfort, affordability, convenience, and great amenities are only part of it. You'll be immersed in the MCPHS University culture and experience, and you'll have everything a vibrant city has to offer right outside your door.

Borysek Living & Learning Center
25 Foster Street

The ultimate in convenience, the residences at 25 Foster Street are located directly above classrooms for the Nursing and PharmD programs, study spaces, the Blais Family Library, and academic offices. It is a short three block walk to the Lincoln Square building. 25 Foster Street houses 145 students and is at the center of everything that's happening at MCPHS University. 

This hall style residence has fully furnished studio, two, three, four, and six-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a full kitchen, most have common living areas and some have two bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are single occupancy. The bedrooms are furnished with a bed (full-size beds in most rooms; a twin bed in the smaller rooms,) a desk with shelf and chair, a bedside table and dresser, a closet, an overhead light, separate lock, and individual control of air conditioning/heat. All utilities are included heat/AC/electricity, cable television, and wireless internet. Laundry facilities, activity/study areas, and vending machines are located in the basement. There is twenty-four hour access to the computer lab and study areas. The building is staffed with a live-in staff member, resident assistants, and 24-hour front desk security.


 

Lincoln Square Academic and Student Center
10 Lincoln Square

A short three-block walk from the Foster Street buildings, the Lincoln Square Academic and Student Center offers fantastic amenities and a more independent style of living in the heart of the city—while in the same building as classes for the Physician Assistant, Physical Therapy, Optometry, Dental Hygiene, and Diagnostic Medical Sonography programs. In addition to housing 202 students on the 3rd – 9th floors, the building is also home to classrooms, labs, academic and administrative offices, a large meeting hall, and limited onsite parking.

This hall style residence has all studio units completely furnished with a bed, a desk and chair, a bedside table and dresser, a closet, an overhead light, a private bathroom, and individual control of air conditioning/heat. Some are in a renovated or newer condition than others. They do not have kitchens but are equipped with a micro-fridge combination for convenience. There is an on-site café offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. All utilities are included heat/AC/electricity, cable television, and wireless internet. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. There is twenty-four hour access to the computer lab and study areas. The building is staffed with a live-in staff member, resident assistants, and 24-hour front desk security.


Lancaster Street
7, 11, and 15 Lancaster Street

These renovated apartment buildings are located within a ten minute walk of the Lincoln Square Academic and Student Center. Each of the three apartment style buildings features six two-bedroom apartments. Students have the privacy of an individual bedroom and share the common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with one roommate. These apartments are fully furnished. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, a desk and chair, a bedside table, dresser, a closet, and separate lock. Central air conditioning and heat are included. Residents in these buildings are responsible to pay for their own electric and cable/internet utilities. Laundry facilities are located in the basement of each building. A resident assistant lives onsite and there is limited onsite parking available. 


North High Gardens
50 and 60 Salisbury Street

The apartments at 50 and 60 Salisbury Street are a short ten minute walk of the Lincoln Square Academic and Student Center. The buildings offer single and two person apartments. They are spacious and have unique features that vary between the apartments. Some have second floors, patios, and most include walk-in closets. The master bedrooms (Type A) have attached bathrooms. All the bedrooms are single occupancy. Each bedroom includes a queen size bed, a desk and chair, a bedside table, and a dresser. All the apartments are fully furnished with full kitchens, living rooms, and sometimes 1.5 bathrooms. Laundry facilities are available within each apartment. Residents in these buildings are responsible to pay for their own electricity, electric heat/AC, and cable/internet utilities. There is limited onsite parking available. 


72 Salisbury Street

The apartments at 72 Salisbury Street, just down the street from 50 and 60 Salisbury Street, are within a ten minute walk of the Lincoln Square Academic and Student Center and offer one and two bedroom apartments. There are twelve apartments in this building. The apartments are fully furnished with a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. These apartments have hardwood floors and the bedrooms are all single occupancy. They are furnished with a queen size bed, a desk and chair, a bedside table, a dresser, and a closet. The laundry facilities are in the basement. Residents in these buildings are responsible to pay for their own electricity, gas heat, and cable/internet utilities. A resident assistant lives onsite and there is limited onsite parking available.
