Welcome to the Heart of CHINA Tour 08!
From November 1-11, 2008, MCPHS alumni, friends, faculty and staff will travel
through four of the most beautiful cities in China, visiting
historic sites and enjoying the local attractions.
The Tour will highlight the essence of old and new China – the imperial treasures of Beijing, the ancient capital of Xi’an, the classic landscapes of Hangzhou, and the futuristic skyscrapers of Shanghai.
The tour also features an international symposium: Perspectives on Eastern and Western Health Care Practices. This unique conference will include a fascinating introduction to traditional Chinese medicine, and features speakers from MCPHS and Hangzhou Medical College.
Whether in person or through the MCPHS China '08 Blog that will chronicle the tour, we welcome you to share in this exciting journey and opportunity for a global exchange of knowledge and ideas related to health care.
