Diana Newman Elected To Massachusetts/Rhode Island League For Nursing

Diana Newman, Professor of Nursing, was recently elected to a three-year term on the Massachusetts/Rhode Island League for Nursing (MARILN). MARILN is a constituent league of the National League for Nursing (NLN), a New York City-based national nursing organization that supports and accredits nursing education programs. Before coming to the College, Newman taught at UMass Boston and other baccalaureate and higher degree programs on the East Coast for many years. The MCPHS School of Nursing is an institutional member of the NLN, a group in which Newman and colleague Judy Murphy have been members for several years.
