“The revitalization of Downtown Worcester is one of the most exciting stories in all of New England, and as an institution we are very proud to help create a 24-hour neighborhood,” said President Monahan said. “As we expand our facilities and bring new programs to the campus, Mr. Borysek’s generous gift will go a long way to helping us continue to provide a unique living and learning experience for all of our students.”
A federal government employee for more than 40 years, Mr. Borysek is currently the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) liaison pharmacist with the Veterans Health Administration, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This year he was awarded a diamond pin for his many years of service.
