Manchester APhA-ASP Holds 1st Annual Health Fair @ Mall of New Hampshire

On Saturday, May 31, the Manchester campus chapter of APhA-ASP held its 1st annual health fair at the Mall of New Hampshire. Over the course of the day, more than 20 students offered blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, and bone density screenings to the public, along with informational posters that highlighted important topics like heartburn, immunizations, and stroke. More than 200 patients were screened and counseled over the course of the day. The event was organized by students Stephanie Croteau and Melissa Drye,and run with the help of students and faculty from both the Pharmacy and Nursing programs in Manchester.
