College Hosts First Boston New Alumni Reception

President Charles F. Monahan Jr. hosted the first Boston New Alumni reception at the Brant House on September 4. The Boston New Alumni Club is made up of graduates from the classes of 1999 through 2008 who live in the Boston area. President Monahan and Vice President of Alumni and Professional Affairs Dennis Lyons welcomed back the alumni and shared some recent news about the College, including an update on the progress of the Richard E. Griffin Academic Center on Huntington Avenue. More than 50 alumni and guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and refreshments while reminiscing about their days at MCPHS. The Boston New Alumni Club committee and the Office of College Advancement organized the event; several staff from the Office of Alumni and Professional Affairs also pitched in at the event.
