New England School of Acupuncture Hosts 2016 Awards Ceremony

  • On May 9, 2016, the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) at MCPHS celebrated the accomplishments of our graduating students at an Awards Ceremony. New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) Executive Director Susan L. Gorman spoke, and faculty from NESA presented awards to graduating students.

    Among the awards presented were:

    The Compassionate Healer Award in honor of Peter Faust ’93 was presented to Alexandra Neuman as the Class of 2016 graduating student who exemplified the essence of compassionate healing, demonstrating empathetic treatment of patients.

    The Five Element Award was presented to Suzanna Bliss for embodying the characteristics for Earth - nurturing, centered, stable, practical, hard-working, advocate and creative.

    The Compassionate Healer Award in honor of Peter Faust ’93 was presented to Holly Pelletier as the Class of 2016 graduating student who exemplified the essence of compassionate healing, demonstrating empathetic treatment of patients.

    The New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) at MCPHS offers a Master of Acupuncture program that is designed to prepare students for meaningful careers in acupuncture and oriental medicine. Offered on our Worcester campus, students gain hands-on experience in our on-site acupuncture clinic.
