Coming to Campus

For our Patients, Visitors, Guest Lecturers, Contractors, Vendors, and Candidates for In-Person Job Interviews

There are instances in which patients, visitors, guest lecturers, contractors, and vendors need to come to campus. All patients at the on-campus centers and clinics and visitors, guest lecturers, contractors, and vendors, are required to:

Patients

  • Patients and other clinic participants are expected to follow all COVID-19 protocols of the center or clinic that they visit including, but not limited to:
    • Maintaining appropriate physical distancing.
    • Washing hands regularly with soap and water, and/or using hand sanitizer.
    • Coughing or sneezing into a tissue or into your elbow if no tissue is available.
    • Staying home and rescheduling if not feeling well on the day of the appointment.

Visitors

  • Visitors who are not fully vaccinated and boosted, if eligible, must wear a mask while on campus.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines while on campus including:
    • Wearing a KF94, KN95, or N95 mask if not fully vaccinated and boosted, if eligible.
    • Maintaining appropriate physical distancing.
    • Washing hands regularly with soap and water, and/or using hand sanitizer.
    • Coughing or sneezing into a tissue or into your elbow if no tissue is available.
    • Staying home if not feeling well.

Guest Lecturers

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines while on campus including:
    • Wearing a KF94, KN95, or N95 mask where required.
    • Maintaining appropriate physical distancing.
    • Washing hands regularly with soap and water, and/or using hand sanitizer.
    • Coughing or sneezing into a tissue or into your elbow if no tissue is available.
    • Staying home if not feeling well.

Contractors

  • Contractors who are not fully vaccinated and boosted, if eligible, must wear a mask while on campus.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines while on campus including:
    • Wearing a KF94, KN95, or N95 mask if not fully vaccinated and boosted, if eligible.

Vendors

Candidates for In-Person Job Interviews

  • Candidates for in-person job interviews who are not fully vaccinated and boosted, if eligible, must wear a mask while on campus
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines while on campus including:
    • Wearing a KF94, KN95, or N95 mask where required.
    • Washing hands regularly with soap and water, and/or using hand sanitizer.
    • Coughing or sneezing into a tissue or into your elbow if no tissue is available.
    • Staying home if not feeling well so the interview can be rescheduled.

Masks

KN95 masks are provided at:

  • Boston campus, Palace Road entrance
  • Worcester campus, 10 Lincoln Square, 19 and 25 Foster Street entrances
  • Manchester campus, 22 Fir Street entrance
