Community Notifications

Dear MCPHS Community:

We are pleased to announce that as of October 1, 2022, COVID-19 testing will no longer be required. We want to thank you for all your efforts in keeping MCPHS a safe Community throughout the pandemic by following health and safety protocols including frequent COVID-19 testing.

Optional PCR testing will be available to those Community members who wish to test. The process for testing has changed, however, from an observed testing process at the on-campus trailers to a self-administered PCR COVID-19 testing process through Color Health. The testing trailers will no longer be operational as of the close of business on Friday, September 30, 2022.

To learn about how to access self-administered PCR COVID-19 testing, please visit the COVID-19 Testing page.

Community members experiencing symptoms consistent with a COVID-19 infection should receive a PCR test from Color Health, a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or another provider, and if positive, stay home and submit symptoms and upload your test result to the CoVerified mobile application if not a Color Health test.

Students who test positive for COVID-19 should follow the student documented absence policy and the MCPHS COVID-19 Team will work with you to clear you for campus activities.

If you have any questions about COVID-19 testing, please email COVID19team@mcphs.edu Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. ET.

Stay healthy,

MCPHS COVID-19 Team
