An Inside Look at Physician Assistant Studies at MCPHS

For Physician Assistant Studies students at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS), career preparedness starts in the classroom and simulation laboratory. Students then apply the knowledge the have gained in clinical rotations at leading hospitals and medical centers.

“Our students work with preceptors on their clinical rotations, gaining hands-on experience taking care of patients,” says Professor Hricz. “By the end of that 12-month period, they feel ready to go and take care of patients. They’re eager to learn and build on what they learned in PA school.”
