Cassandra (Cassie) Spina (she/her/hers pronouns) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of MA and NH. She received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Art Therapies from Lesley University. Cassie has experience with substance abuse, trauma, crisis management, anxiety, depression, LGBTQAI+, family systems, mindfulness and meditation. She practices unconditional positive regard in a nonjudgmental, person-centered approach. Cassie creates a light-hearted and compassionate environment to invite people of all identities and cultures to feel at ease. She sees every situation as an opportunity to access the personal strengths of an individual. In her free time, Cassie enjoys hot yoga, running and baking.
