Get answers to common MCPHS alumni questions, including how to access the alumni community, update your information, connect with classmates, and take advantage of alumni benefits and services.
You can learn about upcoming alumni events by:
- visiting the Events section of this website;
- receiving an email invitation; and
- subscribing to the bi-monthly e-newsletter (Feb., April, June, Aug., Oct., Dec.).
Most MCPHS alumni events are found on the Events site. Simply follow the link to the event registration form and sign up. Occasionally, email invitations are sent for smaller events; in that case, the RSVP mechanism may be a phone call to 617.732.2880 or an email to alumni@mcphs.edu or the Director of Alumni Engagement Dawn Ballou (dawn.ballou@mcphs.edu).
If you’re not receiving the bi-monthly alumni newsletter, we may not have your current email on file or you may have unsubscribed to another communication. You can update your information in the Alumni Directory or email us at alumni@mcphs.edu for help.

The ID number assigned to you as a student remains with you through graduation and into your alumni years. You can use it to log into the Alumni Directory, and internally we use it to ensure no two alumni are ever confused with each other (some do share identical names!). You may also see it referred to as your Constituent ID number.
If you’ve logged in before, enter your username and password. If you forgot your username or password, click on the “Forgot Your Username?” or the “Reset Password” buttons and enter your email address.
If this is your first time in the Alumni Community:
- Click on “Create New Account”
- Enter your last name and search for your record (the class year and degree info are from your primary degrees)
- Once you locate your name, click on the radio button and click NEXT
- The next page will prompt for your “Constituent ID” (your student ID number))
- After you’ve successfully entered your Constituent ID, you’ll be sent to member account information, where you can update your mailing, phone, email address, and username
- You will need to create a password
- Once you’ve completed these steps, return to the main login page of the Alumni Community and log in using the username and password

Visit the Update Your Info form online to update your name, address, email, business contact information, and relationships, and share any other important updates you would like us to have. Once your accurate mailing address and email are on file, it’s much easier to keep you informed of alumni and University activities.
