Congratulations Graduates
May 2026 Diploma Information
Graduates who conferred their degree on May 7, 2026, and did not physically attend the ceremony will receive their diploma via mail to the home address in self-service (as of April 1st) within 4-6 weeks for domestic addresses or 8-10 weeks for international addresses. Diploma shipping is in process, and addresses cannot be changed. The Commencement Team does not have e-copies of diplomas.
- Graduates who have questions about the diploma they received can contact commencement@mcphs.edu.
- Graduates who did not update their home/permanent address or their name of record/preferred name as previously requested can contact commencement@mcphs.edu.
- Graduates who would like to order additional copies of their diplomas are welcome to do so via this link.
September 2026 Candidates’ Diploma Information
Please note that there is no September Commencement event ceremony. Candidates who have an expected September 1 conferral date were invited to the May 2026 ceremonies.
Candidates are asked to log in to Self-Service and review their user profile to update/adjust their personal identity information for diploma printing, including their name and home/permanent address. Questions regarding your chosen name and address can be directed to the Registrar. Edits to the chosen name and permanent/home address sections in Self-Service made after August 31, 2026, may not be processed
Diploma Shipping
Diplomas are not printed on campus. Diplomas are ordered, processed, and shipped by our diploma vendor after the degree conferral date. Processing and shipping take approximately six weeks for domestic addresses and eight weeks for international addresses once the order is placed.
Candidate Photos
A stage photo was taken of each graduate who physically processed across the Commencement stage. Please allow the vendor time to process your stage photo. Questions regarding the stage photo can be directed to service@wearegeskus.com
Ceremony Recordings

Faculty Information
Faculty who rented regalia and have not returned them can do so by May 8, 2026, to Student Affairs on your home campus. Rental regalia not returned after that time can be shipped to Jostens.
Faculty seeking transportation reimbursement for Commencement on May 8 can contact their supervisor, Academic Dean, or Director for next steps.
