MCPHS Application: Use this application if you are applying to one of our graduate programs in Acupuncture, Clinical Research, Dental Hygiene, Healthcare Administration and Management, Health Sciences, Medication and Patient Safety, Nursing, Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Public Health, or Regulatory Affairs and Health Policy.

PharmCAS: Use this application if you are applying to the Doctor of Pharmacy program.

Worcester, Manchester FNP: Use this application if you are applying to our Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner program on our Worcester campus.*

OTCAS: Use this application if you are applying to the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program.

PTCAS: Use this application if you are applying to the Doctor of Physical Therapy program.

CASPA: Use this application if you are applying to the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program.

*Please note: students interested in the online FNP program should use the MCPHS Application.

All applicants must submit the following credentials along with their completed applications.

  • Official transcripts from each college or university attended*
  • One letter of recommendation
  • Official AP or CLEP scores, if applicable (scores of 4 or 5 or CLEP scores of 50 or higher must be obtained)
  • Proof of English language proficiency if English is not your first language (language proficiency may be submitted with a score report from TOEFL, IELTS, or iTEP or by taking the MCPHS on-campus language proficiency test)

*Official transcripts from non-U.S. secondary schools, colleges, or universities must also be sent to World Education Services (www.wes.org) for a course-by-course evaluation.

The following programs also require submission of official GRE scores:

  • Pharmacology MS/PhD
  • Pharmaceutics MS/PhD
  • Medicinal Chemistry MS/PhD
  • Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy MS/PhD
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

The Doctor of Optometry (OD) program requires submission of official OAT score report.

We prioritize the review and admission of applications submitted earlier in our rolling admission process, so it is to your advantage to submit your application as soon as possible.

All applicants are automatically considered for scholarship with their application.  The sooner you submit your application, the more favorably you will be considered both for admission and scholarship.

Acupuncture:
May 1: Fall start application deadline

Optometry:
December 15: Priority scholarship deadline
June 1: Fall start application deadline

Occupational Therapy:
March 1: Fall start application deadline

Pharmacy:
December 15: 
Priority scholarship deadline 
February 1: Fall start application deadline (Worcester/Manchester only)

Physical Therapy:
April 1: Fall start application deadline

Physician Assistant Studies:
October 1: Boston Fall start VERIFIED-stage CASPA application deadline
December 1: Worcester/Manchester spring start application deadline

All other graduate programs:
February 1: Boston fall start application deadline*
February 1: Summer start application deadline
June 1: Online fall start application deadline*
November 15: Spring start application deadline

*MCPHS is continuing to accept applications from qualified candidates on a space-available basis.
