Advanced Certificate in Computed Tomography

As a Computed Tomography (CT) technologist, you’ll provide physicians with cross-sectional “slices” of the body in 3-D. In this program, you’ll learn how to work with patients and advanced rotating x-ray technology to capture detailed images. And you’ll be well prepared to advance your career by extending your expertise.

This 24-week, full-time program offers both classroom and clinical education to current general radiology or other medical imaging technologists who wish to gain a competitive edge with additional expertise. Graduating students are eligible to apply for certification through examination by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.  

  • Current ARRT/NMTCP/ARDMS certification in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or Radiation Therapy
  • Current CPR certification
  • Cross Sectional Anatomy (3 credits)
