Current listed rates are for the Fall 2022, Spring 2023, and Summer 2023 term. Housing options require a 12 month lease. Students will be billed once a semester (three times per year). Students who qualify for financial aid can apply their financial aid package to their housing and tuition bill, which is a combined bill issued once a semester.
Rates include:
- All utilities: including heat, hot water, air conditioning, electricity, cable television, and wireless hi-speed internet
- Kitchen in unit or community kitchen depending on location
- 24 hour access to fitness center with digital instructors and classes using Fitness On Demand
- Two self-serve 24 hour campus cafes
- 24 hour study space and computer labs
- 24 hour public safety and secure access to all residences
