Tammy Gravel, EdD, MS, RN

Dr. Tammy Gravel is Dean of the School of Nursing and Chief Nurse Administrator at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS). As an academic leader, she brings extensive experience in curriculum development, academic program innovation, and faculty mentorship. She is an evaluator for the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE). A Harvard Macy Institute scholar, Dr. Gravel is committed to advancing health professions education. Her work centers on preparing practice-ready nursing graduates and fostering collaborative, competency-based learning environments. She is passionate about alumni engagement, student success, and responsive academic programming.
