About
Dr. Rita Morelli, BSP, PharmD, BCACP, is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Coordinator of Experiential Education for the PharmD program at MCPHS. She oversees clinical placements and collaborates with students and preceptors to support high-quality, practice-based learning in diverse pharmacy settings.
A dedicated advocate for experiential education, Dr. Morelli is committed to preparing students for real-world, patient-centered care through mentorship and innovative training. She has served on the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy since 2021.
From 2022 to 2024, she contributed to a CIPE grant aimed at improving oral health and medication safety for older adults in underserved Boston communities. This interprofessional initiative brought together PharmD and Dental Hygiene students from MCPHS and dental students from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
