About
Carol Lauer is Executive Director for Strategic Partnerships and Dean of the School of Professional Studies, where she leads initiatives to expand innovative, industry-aligned education for life science professionals. With a strong background in strategic growth and workforce development, she is dedicated to creating accessible, high-quality programs that support lifelong learning and open new pathways to industry.
Carol has leveraged strategic vision to drive enrollment growth while delivering value to both learners and employers. Prior to MCPHS, she held senior leadership roles at Harvard University's Division of Continuing Education, where she increased revenue by $30 million through the launch of new programs. Carol serves on the Board of Directors for Bioversity and is deeply committed to education's power to promote upward mobility and career advancement.
