Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene (BS)—Degree Completion

Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene

Location: Online
Start Term: Fall

Earn your bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene—the preferred degree in the field—by building on your associate’s degree.

Advance Your Education and Career

This part-time program is offered entirely online for hygienists who wish to advance their education and their careers while continuing to work full time. Attendance at one in-person orientation on the Boston campus is required for all new students prior to fall enrollment. When you graduate, you will be ideally positioned to earn a master’s degree through our Master of Science in Dental Hygiene Bridge Program.

Your Degree Completion Journey

Before beginning the degree program, you must complete the required number of credits in preprofessional courses in the arts and sciences. You can accomplish this through accepted transfer credits or by taking courses at MCPHS. To earn your bachelor’s degree, you must complete courses in subjects such as general healthcare, oral health, and dental hygiene practice.
