Welcome Week is an opportunity for incoming first-year undergraduate and transfer students to enjoy the city of Boston. A wide variety of events are planned both on- and off-campus. Meet fellow Cardinals, connect with friends from orientation, and spend quality time with your roommates during this fun-filled first week at MCPHS.
Schedule & Tickets
The full 2024 schedule and all details on tickets were sent directly to students' MCPHS email accounts. The majority of events are free, with a few events that require a fee. Specific details for the events and transportation options, are noted in the event details on the tickets themselves on the University Tickets platform. Again, the direct ticket link was sent via email to all incoming students.
Tickets go live Friday August 9 at 10 p.m. and will be on sale until sold out, or August 28 at 11:59 p.m.
FAQs & Policies
Please know that due to time constraints and scheduling, students will not be able to attend every event. Please prioritize and plan your purchases accordingly. Tickets which require payment are limited, and students may only purchase 1 ticket per event. There are plenty of free events on campus that have much more flexibility for attendance capacity.
After purchasing event tickets, you will receive an e-mail with your e-ticket and general information. You will also receive a separate email for each ticket up to 48 hours prior to the event including specific information about each registered event (meeting location, meeting time, transportation information, etc.).
**All email confirmations regarding tickets are sent from no-reply@audienceview.com. Please be sure to check the spam folder in your e-mail for said confirmation if not received shortly after purchasing.
There are no refunds once you purchase a ticket unless the event is canceled by the Center for Campus Life.
No outside guests are allowed as the events are for MCPHS-Boston students only. Welcome Week events are sponsored by the University and the Code of Conduct applies. MCPHS expects its students to act in a mature and responsible manner.
Students must sign an MCPHS waiver for any off-campus Welcome Week events. Students under 18 years of age will need verbal permission (via phone call) from a parent/guardian to attend the event. Waivers for Welcome Week events will be sent via email and must be completed by the event date.
