Certificate in Oral Health Professions Education

• Graduated from a nationally accredited program in dental assisting, dental laboratory technology, dental hygiene, or dentistry with current professional licensure and proficiency in English language skills.
• Achieved a minimum TOEFL score of 79 or a score of 6.5 on the IELTS is required of all candidates for whom English is not the native language
