Housing Next Steps

Boston

We look forward to welcoming you to the MCPHS Residential Community this Spring! Move-In Day is Thursday, January 9, 2025. Students will receive more information about Move-In Day in December

Housing Profile and Contract

After you have paid your $300 housing deposit*, your next step is to complete your Housing Profile and Contract. To help us assign you to housing, we have prepared a form for you to complete on our Residence Life Portal by December 1, 2025. This form has two essential components- the Housing Contract and the Profile.

  • Housing Contract: The Housing Contract outlines the rules and regulations for living on campus. It is for the Spring 2025 semester, with the option to include Summer 2025 if you are enrolled in courses. It is essential to read through this contract before signing it.
  • Housing Profile: On to the fun part! The profile is where we ask you to describe your living preferences so we can match you with other students similar to you. Within this section, you’ll be able to let us know how you like to keep your living space, if you’re a morning or evening person, what your hobbies are, etc. Be honest in your answers! You will also be asked to rank your preference of building type.

Please complete the Housing Profile and Contract by December 1, 2024. Housing assignments will be sent to you in mid-December.

*If you haven’t done so already, please pay your $300 housing deposit in addition to your enrollment deposit.

Office of Access and Accommodations

The Office of Student Access and Accommodations (OSAA) is a part of the Division of Student Affairs. It provides accommodations to students across all MCPHS campuses (Manchester, Boston, and Worcester) and online. Students eligible for accommodations must present documentation demonstrating evidence of a current condition that interferes with one or more major life functions as defined by the ADAA 2008 and/or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. We ask that students seeking an accommodation for housing work with OSAA before December 1, 2024.
