About
Dr. Gina Powers is a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She holds doctoral degrees in physical therapy from UMass Lowell and in health sciences from George Washington University.
She has been a faculty member at MCPHS for more than a decade, teaching orthopedic content grounded in anatomy, biomechanics and evidence-informed practice. Her work focuses on developing students’ clinical reasoning and preparing them for complex patient care environments.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys skiing, acting and spending time with her family.
