About

Lisa Taglieri began her career in healthcare in 2008 as an emergency medical technician and became a physician assistant in 2013. She joined MCPHS in 2018 as an adjunct faculty member and now serves as a full-time faculty member in the School of Physician Assistant Studies. Her teaching focuses on clinical medicine, simulation laboratory instruction and student success.

Prior to joining MCPHS, she practiced at Tufts Medical Center in Boston within the cardiac surgery service. Her clinical experience includes assisting in cardiac and heart transplant surgeries and managing preoperative and postoperative patients in intensive care and step-down units. She continues to maintain per diem clinical practice. Her professional interests include cardiology, global healthcare access, student success and admissions
