About

Dr. Carter serves as Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Associate Professor of Human Anatomy at MCPHS. With expertise in biological anthropology and clinical imaging, she applies research-based approaches to curriculum design and faculty development.

She has led initiatives including the Jumpstart program and faculty mentorship framework and is engaged in comprehensive curriculum redesign. Her research examines educational culture, psychological safety and professional identity formation in health sciences education.
