Shannon Lawson is an adjunct faculty member and human resources professional with experience across healthcare and multiple industries in both public and private sectors. She currently works in total rewards and has professional experience in benefits administration, leave management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and workforce development.
In her teaching, Shannon emphasizes applied learning, ethical decision-making, and the strategic role of human resources in healthcare organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
