About
Dr. Laramey Peugh, DHSc, MHA, RHIT, CRCS, is a seasoned healthcare leader with over a decade of combined experience in healthcare operations, public health, and health equity. Her unique expertise bridges healthcare revenue and public health, with a focus on how payer source, reimbursement, and health system infrastructure influence access to care and health outcomes. Her passion lies in understanding and addressing Social Determinants of Health, particularly as they affect the American Indian/Alaskan Native population. She believes that sustainable change happens when we align healthcare revenue strategies and equitable care delivery, especially for underserved populations.
