About
Jocelyn Dunphy is Owner and Senior Consultant at Pro Capability Training & Consulting, where she designs and delivers business communication training and coaching for STEM professionals.
Before launching her practice, she held scientific and management roles at Procter & Gamble, Gillette, and Draeger Medical Systems. She has also served as an executive communications coach with Springboards Consulting, an adjunct faculty member at Emmanuel College, and a scientific writer at Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
Passionate about empowering women in STEM, Dunphy has been a guest speaker for the Association of Women in Science (Washington, D.C.) and the Northeast Human Resources Association. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from Indiana University, a master’s degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University, and a bachelor’s degree with distinction from the University of Virginia. She is TESOL-certified and has published in scientific journals.
