About

Christopher Michael Beaumont is an Assistant Professor in the Physician Assistant Studies program at MCPHS and practices as an urgent care provider. A nationally certified physician assistant since 2009, he brings military, clinical and leadership experience to healthcare education.

Beaumont earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. He previously served as Training Director at the Naval Undersea Medical Institute, overseeing military training programs, and held leadership roles as Medical Director and Primary Care Manager within U.S. Navy and Marine Corps medical units.

His interests focus on integrating clinical reasoning, medical decision-making and AI-supported simulation to enhance healthcare education.
