About

Alison Kellerman is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She received her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University and her CAGS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England. Alison has extensive experience working with students of all ages and populations, in public, private and therapeutic school settings. She also has experience working in a community mental health center with adults as well as group practice settings with adults, adolescents and children. Alison is passionate about helping individual clients navigate challenges as well as develop healthy coping strategies that will help them build resilience and self-confidence. She has been trained in managing crisis and de-escalation. In addition, she has been trained in DBT, CBT, EMDR and Solution Focused therapies. In her free time, Alison enjoys spending time adventuring in nature and near water as well as going to concerts. She also loves being with her friends, family and two dogs.
