About
Dr. Lauren Junge-Maughan is a healthcare leader and educator with more than 10 years of experience in health system operations, strategy and performance improvement. She currently serves as Senior Manager, Consulting at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where she supports enterprise initiatives focused on operational excellence, quality improvement and organizational effectiveness.
Her professional background includes leadership roles within academic medical centers and integrated health systems, including Harvard Medical School, the University of Michigan Health System and Yale New Haven Health. At MCPHS, she teaches courses in project management, healthcare operations and quality improvement, emphasizing practical application, structured problem-solving and systems-based thinking.
Her work focuses on strengthening healthcare delivery through effective leadership, disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
