Cecely Sterling-Maisel

Cecely Sterling-Maisel (she/her/hers pronouns) is a Master of Social Work candidate at Simmons University, expected to graduate in 2027. She recently completed a clinical internship at Boston Medical Center's Grayken Women's Health Initiative, where her work focused on the intersection between substance use and mental health. Cecely is drawn to mindfulness-based, narrative, and strengths-based approaches, helping clients build insight into their own stories while developing practical tools for navigating difficult emotions and transitions. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a non-judgmental presence to her work with students, meeting each person where they are. Outside of the office, she enjoys running, photography, and spending time with her friends and dog.
