Anais Constantinides

Anais Constantinides (she/her/hers pronouns) is a second-year doctoral student in clinical psychology. Before that, Anais earned her Master's of Sport & Performance Psychology at the University of Denver, where she worked with a number of youth sport teams and college music students. She is passionate about helping young adults navigate life's challenges and successes through a strengths-based, relational approach in which empowerment, curiosity, and compassion are foundational.

Anais is originally from Switzerland and Cyprus, and outside of school, she spends much of her time at the gym, hanging out with friends, cooking, or thrifting.
