About

Michael Short, LAc, is an Assistant Professor at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, New England School of Acupuncture (NESA). A licensed acupuncturist in Massachusetts, he earned his Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from NESA and holds a BA from Harvard College.

Professor Short has advanced training in Neuro-Meridian Integrative Acupuncture, Sports Medicine Acupuncture, and Chinese Herbal Medicine. He teaches anatomy, Chinese herbal medicine, and diagnosis and treatment in clinical theater settings, blending live patient care with observational and hands-on learning.
