Dr. Irene Berita Murimi-Worstell is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacoepidemiology and Health Policy in the Department of Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy at MCPHS. Her research uses real-world data to examine treatment patterns, medication use and health outcomes, particularly among patients with cancer and coexisting chronic conditions.

She incorporates AI-assisted evidence synthesis and machine learning into her research and teaches courses in healthcare delivery, pharmacoepidemiology and pharmaceutical systems with a focus on applied data analysis and policy evaluation.
