About

Dr. Street, PhD, RN, FAAN, is a Professor of Nursing at MCPHS, where she teaches in the graduate nursing programs. She earned her BSN from Boston College, a master’s degree in primary health care from the University of Pennsylvania, and both a master’s and doctorate from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

A social epidemiologist, Dr. Street’s research focuses on the adverse effects of sleep deprivation among urban youth. In collaboration with Partners in Health, the Haitian Ministry of Health, and academic colleagues, she led a nurse faculty education initiative in Haiti, establishing a sustainable model for advancing nursing education.

Dr. Street is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and is recognized for her leadership, research, and commitment to global health initiatives.
