About

Bianca is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at MCPHS with a strong foundation in both clinical and academic practice. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree, with research focused on enhancing the self-efficacy of nurse educators who teach multilingual students. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes equity, cultural responsiveness and student empowerment.

Bianca is particularly interested in the role of meditation practices in supporting faculty and student well-being and seeks to expand their integration into academic environments. She is committed to fostering inclusive learning spaces and supporting the professional growth of students and colleagues through mentorship and evidence-based teaching.
