About

Bianca Doczi is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at MCPHS with experience in both clinical and academic practice. Her doctoral research examined strategies to strengthen the self-efficacy of nurse educators working with multilingual students.

Her teaching philosophy emphasizes equity, cultural responsiveness, and student empowerment. Bianca is particularly interested in the role of meditation and wellness practices in supporting faculty and student well-being and is committed to fostering inclusive learning environments through mentorship and evidence-based teaching.
