Rachel Wiggs (she/her) is a final-year Master of Social Work student at Boston College, concentrating in Mental Health. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston, where she also minored in mathematics, geology, and religious studies.

Rachel has clinical experience working with children, young adults, and families, with a particular passion for supporting emerging adults as they navigate transitions in college, career, and life. She has worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief, and her therapeutic approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and collaborative, drawing from both psychodynamic and skills-based frameworks.

Rachel views therapy as a partnership, where clients are encouraged to show up authentically while she offers curiosity, respect, and care for each individual’s unique identity. Outside of work, she enjoys watercolor painting, playing games, and photographing flowers on her walks.
