Medical and Molecular Biology (BS)

Upon completing the Bachelor of Science in Medical & Molecular Biology program, students will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate proficiency in molecular biology, cellular biology, microbiology, genetics, biochemistry, and physiology.
  2. Apply biological concepts to understand and interpret scientific literature.
  3. Demonstrate laboratory skills used in research settings.
  4. Effectively communicate scientific findings through written, visual, and oral methods.
  5. Apply successfully to graduate programs and/or employment within and related to biological sciences and healthcare disciplines.
  6. Apply the scientific method to model the process of basic science research.
